Mr. Harrison provides compliance counseling and handles litigation in a myriad of environmental areas, including, facility permitting, air emissions, wastewater discharges, solid and hazardous waste, environmental credit development and trading, including, wetlands mitigation, carbon sequestration and stream mitigation, wetlands, endangered species, Exploration and Production Wastes, Naturally Occurring Radioactive Materials (“NORM”), underground storage tanks, underground injection, risk assessment and remediation, risk management and acquisitions and divestitures. Camille E. Walther is an Associate at Harrison Law, LLC where she practices in litigation and regulatory compliance with a focus on environmental law, including facility permitting, defense of permits, cost recovery and property damage litigation. She works on issues related to air emissions and wastewater discharges, solid and hazardous waste, wetlands, endangered species and pesticides, among others.
